Self-Evaluation Meetings Have Begun at Our Hospital
Self-evaluation meetings have begun before the second audit that shall be made by the Ministry of Health at our hospital, in accordance with the Quality Standards in Healthcare.
Since 2017 when the first audit has been made at the hospital in accordance with the Quality Standards in Healthcare, Private Adatıp Istanbul Hospital aims to increase its success in the relevant audit by improving its quality in healthcare service provided. For this purpose, self-evaluation meetings have begun at our hospital for the second audit that shall be made in accordance with the Quality Standards in Healthcare. An intensive work program has been initiated by the Self-Evaluation Team that consists of Murat Goven who is the Manager of Information Systems / Quality and Process Management, Inci Gedik who is the Performance Improvement and Audit Manager, Mustafa Ayhan who is the Manager of Nursing Services, Cigdem Colak who is the Deputy Manager of Nursing Services, and Ozge Ungut who is the Manager of Corporate Marketing and Communications. Our Self-Evaluation Team, that has come together with the quality managers of all departments from nursing services to information systems, patient services, and medical accounting, has carried on its projects successfully to achieve our targets for the quality standards and to ensure the continuity of the relevant standards.
